Docks can be constructed out of marine grade pressure treated wood, poured in place concrete or composite materials. Golden Boat Lifts are manufactured using 6061 – T6 marine grade aluminum and stainless steel, come with a 15-year structural warranty and up to a 25-year limited warranty on the drive system.

Concrete Seawalls
- Concrete cap & panels to be 5000 psi strength
- Concrete panels will be 6" x 5' x 10‘ (height will vary to support existing conditions)
- Concrete cap to use four (4) #5 epoxy coated rebar with #3 stirrups every 15”
- Epoxy coated steel tie backs •Tie backs to be 2 bar #7 epoxy coated rebar placed every 10'
- Silt Screen to be installed at all joints
Vinyl Seawall Sheets
- New Epoxy coated steel tiebacks and 5000 psi concrete cap
- Panels can placed directly in front of existing panels or installed alone
- All vinyl walls get individual engineering to support existing site conditions
Rip-rap seawalls
- Installation of Silt Screen with Toe on top and bottom
- New Concrete Decorative Cap with rebar
- Rip Rap not to exceed 2 to 1 pitch as per Charlotte County Code

Docks
Whether in need of a dock at your home or a multi slip marina, Marine Contracting Group, Inc. has the experience and ability to design, permit, and construct the perfect project for you. We offer a variety of materials to choose from. The pilings, substructure, decking and fasteners can be adjusted to meet your budget as well as your personal taste. City and County codes will pertain, but our knowledgeable staff will be there to guide you in the right direction.
Our standard wood docks include:
8” and 10” diameter, 2.5 C.C.A. marine grade pressure treated pilings
Pilings set and then driven for maximum stability and to prevent settling.
A wide range of decking can be used from standard marine grade pressure treated decking to composite materials such as Tandeck, Moisture Shield, or even gorgeous Ipe hardwood.
Stainless steel screws to attach the decking with no rusting or lifting of the deck boards.
Marine grade pressure treated, 2” x 8” timbers for substructure cap timbers and stringers.
Alternatively Marine Contracting Group constructs custom poured in place concrete docks which include:
10” pre-stressed concrete structural piles
Grade 60 epoxy coated rebar
5000 PSI
Steel reinforcement integrated to join the structural piles and deck
Poly wrapped 2.5 C.C.A pressure treated bumper pilings
